The radius of curvature in the warm forming is larger than that in the cold forming and is close to the radius of curvature of the cold hat-shaped part of the mild steel sheet. However, even in warm forming with a die temperature of 250C, the shape fixability of the aluminum alloy sheet is inferior to that of the mild steel sheet in cold forming.
